Bruce Davis, RPLU

Bruce Davis is a founding partner of the MidAtlantic office of ARC Excess & Surplus, which commenced operations in January of 1999. He holds surplus lines brokerage licenses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Before joining ARC in 1999, Bruce was an Assistant Vice President and the Marketing Coordinator in the Business Development department of the Philadelphia office of the Sedgwick Group. He joined Sedgwick in 1991. In 1996 Bruce was awarded the Sedgwick Quality Award, a recognition of excellence for "exceeding expectations in the quality of service provided to clients, prospects, colleagues or communities."

Bruce received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Philosophy from Gettysburg College in 1983, and a Master of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University in 1988. He holds the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation awarded by the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), and has completed the Insurance Institute of America's "Certificate in General Insurance" program (INS 21-23).
